Delhi shivers at 5.6 degrees Celsius, colder than Dehradun, Dharamsala and Nainital

Meteorologists attributed the sharp drop in day temperatures in Delhi to frigid north westerly winds barrelling through the plains and reduced sunshine due to foggy weather.
