Rural poll process stays, central forces for sensitive districts: Calcutta high court

The Calcutta High Court on Tuesday directed the State Election Commission (SEC) to requisition central paramilitary forces for the panchayat polls, to work in tandem with the state police, particularly in districts the poll body had declared "sensitive".
