Decide 'battle of pride' between 2 liquor brands in 6 months: SC

With the makers of two liquor brands, 'Blenders Pride' and 'Royal Challenge American Pride,' at odds over trademark infringement, the Supreme Court on Wednesday directed the district court in Mohali to rule on the suit filed by Pernod Ricard India, which owns the Blenders Pride whisky brand, within six months.
