Tejashwi: Gujarat itself gave OBC quota to Muslims

Bihar leader of opposition Tejashwi Prasad Yadav wrote to PM Modi, accusing BJP-governed Gujarat of allowing Muslim OBC quotas. Tejashwi attached a 'central list of OBC Muslims for Gujarat' to support his claim.
