Can show PM Narendra Modi’s degree to court, not strangers: Delhi University

Delhi University is ready to show Prime Minister Narendra Modi's degree records to the Delhi High Court but not disclose them under the Right to Information (RTI) Act due to privacy concerns. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta argued that the right to privacy supersedes the right to know.
