China behind powerful cyber attack during Hong Kong protests, Telegram claims

Encrypted messaging app Telegram said it was hit with a massive DDoS attack amid widespread protests in Hong Kong. Telegram claims the attack, which caused app interruptions, originated from Chinese IP addresses.
