Couscous joins UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage list

Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia and Mauritania’s joint entry of couscous earned a place on the UN agency’s list of the world's Intangible Cultural Heritage. It has been hailed as an example of international cooperation.
