'Dead parrot' sketch invoked as B.C. judge OKs glucosamine sulfate class action

It's not every legal claim that tickles the funny bone. But a Vancouver judge saw parallels between one woman's proposed class-action lawsuit and a legendary comedy sketch in which an irate customer claims to have been sold a dead parrot.
