Flash actor Ezra Miller apologizes for past behaviour, begins treatment for 'complex mental health issues'

After a string of arrests and erratic behaviour in states spanning from Hawaii to Vermont, actor Ezra Miller said they have begun treatment for "complex mental health issues."
