Diplomats from Iran, parties to 2015 nuclear deal to start drafting to revive JCPOA

(MENAFN)According to the Russian envoy to the Vienna nuclear talks, Diplomats from Iran and the remaining sides to the 2015 Iran nuclear agreement enrolled in the stage of drafting a new deal to renew the nuclear deal. Russia�s official to the international organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov showed satisfaction with the fact that negotiating teams in Vienna begun outlining a new deal on how to renew the 2015 nuclear deal (JCPOA). Ulyanov posted on Twitter that �Summing up the results of 2 weeks of deliberations on JCPOA restoration we can note with satisfaction that the negotiations entered the drafting stage. Practical solutions are still far away, but we have moved from general words to agreeing on specific steps towards the goal.� The tweet followed a top Iranian nuclear negotiator declaration that the discussions are leading to a �new understanding�. Real conflicts remain but that the country was working on an outline text for reviving the deal that could work as a framework for subsequent talks, stated Iran�s Deputy Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi.
