Jordanian gov�t puts effort in freeing 2 nationals detained in Israel

(MENAFN) Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a declaration that on Sunday, May. 16 Jordan noted it is trying to get more information regarding the capture of two Jordanians who crossed into Israel. It further said that Jordanian Embassy in Tel Aviv is cooperating with Israeli authorities to guarantee their liberation. Conflict between Israel and the Hamas-led militant outfits has been heating up since Monday. Throughout the weekend, thousands of Jordanians held demonstrations close to the frontier with Israel in support of the Palestinian people.
