Supreme Court Hands Abortion-Rights Advocates A Victory In Louisiana Case
Monday, 29 June 2020 Chief Justice John Roberts joined the court's four liberals, citing the court's adherence to precedent, to invalidate a law that required abortion providers to have hospital admitting.
In a 4 to 1 to 4 decision, the SCOTUS strikes down abortion ban Louisiana, saying it is unconstitutional. The decision comes after the same decision was made in a Texas case back in 2016. Cheddar's Megan Pratz reports.
