John Kelly, several other Republicans call for Biden to receive intel briefings

Former Trump chief of staff John Kelly has called for President-elect Joe Biden to begin getting daily intelligence briefings, even as President Trump has resisted conceding the race and authorizing a federal agency to share classified information with the team.
