Trump campaign spends $3M to file for partial recounts in two Wisconsin counties

The Trump campaign said Wednesday it is spending $3 million in Wisconsin to file for a partial recount in the state, claiming illegally-altered absentee ballots and illegal advice given by government officials allowing Wisconsin’s voter ID laws to be circumvented.
