Defiant Biden takes 'responsibility' for decision to withdraw troops from Afghanistan, touts mission success

President Biden, in a defiant address to the nation following the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan, said Tuesday that he takes “responsibility” for the decision, while touting the successful evacuation of more than 120,000 individuals from the country after the Taliban takeover.
