Vladimir Putin Says To Increase Fuel Supply to the EU if Contracts are Renegotiated With Gazprom

Russian President Vladimir Putin indicated that EU gas supplies are at optimum supply, as agreed on. But, he said Gazprom would not pipe in more than required.
