Trump EPA chief to 'confront crisis' of Mexican sewage polluting San Diego area beaches

Lee Zeldin, who heads the EPA, will visit the California-Mexico border "in the near future" to inspect toxic sewage flowing into the Pacific Ocean from Tijuana.
