TCL Partners with the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2018HONG KONG, Sept. 22, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- TCL, top three global television brand and leading consumer electronics company, today partnered with the International Basketball Federation (FIBA)  for the Women's Basketball World Cup 2018, which will be held from 22 to 30 September, 2018 in Spain, underpinning the company's commitment to strengthening its growing global community through basketball.TCL, global partner of FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2018

The partnership is TCL's latest move in its global sponsorship with the FIBA following its recent launch of the TCL 8K QLED TV -- FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 Edition, TCL's first 8K TV, at IFA 2018 in Berlin last month.

As the global partner of the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2018, an international competition with 16 teams competing to be the champions, TCL will play a key role in boosting the popularity of this premier tournament in the Northern and Southern Americas, Europe and Asia, and also offer a great viewing experience to basketball lovers worldwide with its high quality TV products.

TCL announced the global partnership with the FIBA in June this year, covering worldwide FIBA competitions until December 31, 2019.

TCL's other global basketball partners include NBA's Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx and the Philippine Basketball Association. The company also works with other sports partners, including soccer team San Jose Earthquakes, Brazilian Football Confederation, Rosario Central Football Club (Argentina), The Melbourne Cup and Melbourne Victory Football Club, as well as entertainment industry partners including Hollywood's TCL Chinese Theatre, The Ellen Show, etc.

TCL will also partner with the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019.
