The Philippines Ministry of Labor has signed this contract based on trust in the technology and operability of mit messenger, which is operated through a global network, and a need for a messenger made specially for complaints, grievance consultation and policy guidance for 15 million OFWs.

Minister Silvestre participated in the launch ceremony of mit messenger, which was held in Manila Conrad Hotel on December 4 last year, and has signed an official contract for the use of mit messenger about two months after revealing his opinion that they will actively consider using mit messenger for overseas workers.

Stargram Global CEO KJ Kim said, "The Philippine government has admitted mit messenger's technology and we have signed an official contract with Ministry of Labor. We will expand the business synergy of mit messenger to the private sector as well as the government sector, starting with this official usage contract between the Ministry of Labor and the previously signed official contract with the Philippines Meteorological Agency."

Government officials said that this usage contract with the Philippines Ministry of Labor is also meaningful because it provides a platform that makes money transfer more convenient with secret tokens.

CEO KJ Kim and Minister Silvestre have agreed to implement an electronic wallet in mit messenger and build a system that can minimize fees and easily manage remittances by using secret tokens for 15 million OFWs that need to send money to their home country.

mit messenger is designated as a total messenger that can provide various and high quality calls that use a small amount of data along with strong security features. Currently, mit messenger is building a system that increases security and convenience by combining various additional services such as smart wallet, music streaming, personal commerce, etc.
