SALEM, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oregon Bancorp, Inc. (OTCBB: ORBN) (the “Company”), parent company of Willamette Valley Bank, reported net income of $3,069,170 for the fourth quarter of 2019 compared to $1,588,015 during the fourth quarter of 2018.
