Chegg, Inc. Strengthens Executive Team With Addition of Woodie Dixon Jr. as General Counsel

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Chegg, Inc. (NYSE: CHGG) announced today that Mr. Woodie Dixon Jr. will be joining the company as General Counsel effective September 8th, 2020. Dixon is the current General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Business Affairs for the Pac-12 Conference where he oversees all legal matters for the Pac-12, including corporate and commercial matters, media rights licensing and distribution, litigation, and labor and employment matters. In addition to handling
