This popular quote is what has driven entrepreneur Cynthia Attara to use time as her greatest asset to not only invest in herself and her businesses but to also help others do the same.

Born in the U.S. but raised with close ties to her Colombian heritage, Cynthia Attara has always had a passion for dance, business, and mentoring others. At the age of 15, Cynthia's entrepreneurial drive led her to open her first dance studio. A few years later, It was then that she met her match when she fell in love with her now-husband Cesar Mejia while he was dancing on a U.S. tour. Their common passion for the arts and community inspired Le'Passionatta, an artistic agency that matches artists-- such as dancers, musicians, Athletes and circus acts-- with entertainment jobs Worldwide in amusement parks, major cruise lines, 5 Star hotels, etc.

Le'Passionatta was born in 2014 in Colombia from a dance studio Cynthia and Cesar started to help get the youth of South American invested in dance to keep them away from the violence and drugs that surrounded the area. As Art director and choreographer, Cesar coached students up to a professional level. This was when Cynthia decided she wanted to be able to provide these now young adults with promising jobs.

Cynthia traveled the world with her students as she worked to connect them with prospective employers, "we loved these kids like they are our own." However, Cynthia did have kids of her own, which is why in 2018 she decided to return to the U.S. full time to be with her children. This was when a passion far from the art world was born. Two years ago, Cynthia decided she wanted to dive deep into the stock market, understanding the concept of investing from many years back, focusing on technical analysis, and investing. After educating herself through endless courses led by industry experts, Cynthia decided she wanted to pursue her own strategies and to teach young people and hispanic culture about financial literacy and responsible investing.

Xtreme Investing Millennials consists of a four-day program that guides students through the emotional and psychological part of investing along with strategies and tools needed to succeed. The first part of the program is the webinar, the goal of the webinar is to prepare the investor for the emotional aspect of trading. It teaches the investor how to: be fearless yet careful when trading, control their emotions in trades, develop successful habits, and how to train one's mindset for success. Cynthia says, "It's important to have that psychological and emotional control when working with the stock market. Controlling your emotions is 60% of your success. This is why I make this such an important part of the course." The second part of the program is "the doing" as Cynthia calls it. It teaches investors how to navigate the stock market, how to generate income from their first investment, and what strategies they should use to succeed.

In true serial creator fashion, Cynthia has also created a free ebook, 5 Powerful Ways to Change Your Mindset & Increase Income, where she shares with investors the importance of having the right mindset to be successful. "The entrepreneurial mindset means always looking for ways to improve yourself, working on yourself is the only way you can help others." Aside from the valuable information in her ebook, Cynthia also shares what she considers the keys to her success:

1. Have passion. Cynthia truly loves what she does, which is what drives her to keep going every day. "It's a passion of mine to teach, mentor, and help people. I spend most of the time doing what I teach. This is why I never stop." Having passion will drive you to serve people, be generous, and have clarity in your decision making.
2. Train your mindset. "Use every day to your advantage, time is the greatest asset that you can have." Train your mindset to be ambitious, productive, and entrepreneurial. All entrepreneurs have a growth mindset, they continue to work and invest in themselves through education and practice.
3. Understand you can't always do it alone. Understand what you're getting yourself into, analyze the marketplace, invest in relationships and education, and get a mentor. A mentor will help you grow because they once were where you are now and can help you reach the top. "Success happens when you are frustrated and failing. I know what's like to start from zero. The best mentors are the people that have worked their way up."

If you are thinking of participating in Xtreme Investing's four-day intensive program, Cynthia says, "I will not tell you that you will become a millionaire from one day to the next, but I can guide you on how to be one and I will show you my strategies and tips to guide you towards your financial goals. This is not a secret, this is about being consistent, studying, practicing, being disciplined, and always following the rules."
