TORONTO, June 18, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Automotive Finco Corp. (NEX: AFCC-H) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the results from its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held June 18, 2021 (the “Meeting”).At the Meeting, shareholders overwhelmingly elected the following nominees to serve as directors of the Company for the ensuing year: Farhad Abasov, Curtis Johansson and Kail Ross. Mr. Abasov will serve as Chairman of the Board. Shareholders also approved the reappointment of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP, Chartered Accountants as auditors of the Company and the continued use of the Company’s stock option plan as more fully described in the Management Information Circular of the Company dated May 18, 2021.
