NATO chief Jen Stoltenberg said Thursday a military hotline set up by the alliance could help prevent clashes in the eastern Mediterranean, but urged Greece and Turkey to engage on a political level. Athens and Ankara - both NATO members - are at loggerheads over energy exploration in disputed waters, and alliance commanders are worried about the risk of accidental naval encounters. NA
