Padres hang on to win resumed game vs. Nationals, 10-4

The San Diego Padres, leading 8-4 in the sixth when gunfire outside Nationals Park suspended Saturday night's contest, held on to beat the Washington Nationals, 10-4, as the two teams completed the game on Sunday.
