Bush won't get Heisman back after NCAA decision

The NCAA will not consider reversing penalties or previously-vacated records from past years based on changes to NIL regulations, meaning the 2005 Heisman Trophy that was taken from former USC star Reggie Bush will not be returned by the Heisman Trust.
