Jets sign veteran defenceman Neal Pionk to 4-year deal

The Winnipeg Jets have signed veteran defenceman Neal Pionk to a four-year contract worth roughly $23.5 million US. The team made the announcement in a statement, noting the 26-year-old blue liner will earn about $5.875 million per year.
