Davis Cup 2021: Spain to defend title without Rafael Nadal, young Carlos Alcaraz replaces him

The 18-year-old Carlos Alcaraz will be making his first appearance in the Davis Cup where Spain will look to defend their title. Spain are without Rafael Nadal who won the title for them in 2019.
