'Slight' of missing All-Defensive Team irks Green

With the Boston Celtics and reigning Defensive Player of the Year Marcus Smart up next in the NBA Finals, Golden State Warriors veteran Draymond Green said Tuesday he considers not making the NBA's All-Defensive Team this year "a slight."
