Samsung Ready to Give Up on 64GB Storage Option for Mobile DevicesSamsung is pushing harder for more storage on its high-end devices, as the company apparently wants 128GB to be the new default. After giving up on the 64GB storage option on the Galaxy Note 9 and the Galaxy S10, Samsung is now gearing up to make a similar change in the tablet category as well, with a future model to start at 128GB on the base model. A report from SamMobile notes that Samsung is currently working on two new Galaxy tablets known as SM-T860 and SM-T865 (both are variants of the same base model and come with Wi-Fi and LTE, respectively) and they could boast at least 128GB storage. The tablet is likely to be the successor to the Galaxy Tab S4 and may launch as Galaxy Tab S5.
