Apple Buyers Start Reporting iPhone X Display IssuesThe iPhone X is the first iPhone finally making the switch from LCD or OLED panels, and naturally, it comes with both the pros and the cons of this kind of display. But since for Apple customers this is kind of a new technology, there’s a thin line because what’s normal to experience on an OLED display and what is not, with the Cupertino-based tech giant itself rolling out an FAQ article to explain that some of the behavior is absolutely normal and doesn’t represent a hardware issue whatsoever. And yet, it’s still unclear for a significant number of customers whether their iPhone X units are defective or not, and some are currently complaining about what appears to be a display issue that causes uneven color from one edge to another.
