Sutton Coldfield MP Andrew Mitchell's 'lethal' reason he didn't submit letter to topple Boris Johnson

Speaking to radio station LBC as Tory MPs voted whether to oust the PM, Mr Mitchell said he had not submitted a letter of no confidence.
