Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard says she is not concerned about spending some time away from the campaign trail. The Democratic presidential hopeful will report for active duty with the Hawaii National Guard for 2 weeks. CBSN's Caitlin Huey-Burns sat down with Gabbard to discuss it.
