Autopsy finds Epstein death was suicide by hanging: medical examiner

An autopsy has concluded that financier Jeffrey Epstein, who was found dead in his jail cell on Saturday while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges, hanged himself, a spokeswoman for the New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner said on Friday.
