Tropical Storm Humberto brings new worries for Bahamians hoping to rebuild after Hurricane Dorian

Relief efforts in the devastated Bahamas have stopped and airports have closed due to tropical storm Humberto. More than 2,000 people are living in shelters after their homes have been destroyed. At least 50 people are dead and 1,300 are still reported missing.
