Democrats declare victory in Kentucky, take Virginia legislature

Democrats are claiming a significant election day prize in Kentucky. State Attorney General Andy Beshear says he defeated Republican Gov. Matt Bevin. The race is officially too close to call, but Beshear leads by about 5,000 votes. President Trump campaigned for Bevin the night before the election. Ed O’Keefe reports.
