Former Texas substitute teacher seen punching student now faces criminal charges

A former substitute teacher, Tiffani Lankford, 32, is facing charges after cell phone footage apparently shows her punching a 16-year-old special needs student in a classroom outside Austin, Texas. Meg Oliver reports.
