Gov. Andrew Cuomo Set To Deliver Annual State Of The State Address

The governor is expected to lay out plans for expanding anti-discrimination protections in the state constitution, an overhaul for Penn Station, a proposed ban on foam food containers, another ban on marketing flavored e-cigarettes to children, and initiatives intended to lower the cost of prescription drugs.
