Wednesday, 5 February 2020 U.S. President Donald Trump, emerging from the shadow of impeachment, on Tuesday stared down Democratic lawmakers who seek to toss him from office and snubbed top Democrat Nancy Pelosi at a State of the Union speech he used to tout a rosy image of the U.S. economy and his leadership.
A bitter feud between US President Donald Trump and Democrat House speaker Nancy Pelosi boiled over at his State of Union speech on Tuesday, with Trump snubbing her outstretched hand. Pelosi then ripped a copy of his speech. Ryan Brooks reports.
