NJ Gov. Murphy moves toward state reopening

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy on Wednesday announced the first steps for reopening the state economy, damaged by the coronavirus pandemic. Retail businesses will be allowed to offer curbside pickup starting May 18. (May 13).
