NSA Denies US Police Forces are Racist, Says There are Only Few "Bad Apples"

After days of protest against racism and police violence, National Security Adviser Robert O'Brien went on CNN and said that the law enforcement does not have any biases and that there are only a few "bad apples" that needs to be taken out.
