Judge dismisses lawsuit against Michigan governor over coronavirus orders

A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit challenging Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer's since-rescinded executive orders requiring that residents stay home and most businesses close to combat the coronavirus pandemic.
