Congress debates removal of Confederate statues

At least 12 figures in the U.S. Capitol's National Statuary Hall Collection honor men who gave their allegiance to the Confederacy during the Civil War. The House Speaker wants the statues removed, but there's debate on how that can be done. (June 11)
