Elijah McClain has been dead for almost a year, but he only became a household name after George Floyd was killed by police in Minneapolis, sparking protests in Colorado and across the world. Sheneen McClain spoke to The Denver Post about her grief for her son and how much it hurt her to see locals show up in force for Floyd but not for Elijah.
