Appeals Court Prohibits Trump Administration in Using Military Funding to Pay for Border Wall

President Trump has just celebrated the construction of his border that currently runs for 200 miles, but the court rejected his attempt to use more funds. Trump still plans to add 450 miles by the end of the year.
