COVID-19 spread at Fourth of July party in Suffolk; New York adds four states to travel restrictions

Starting today, travelers from states on the list must fill out a form upon arriving in airports stating where they will be staying for their self-quarantine, or risk fines and mandatory quarantine requirement.
