Buttigieg: We've got to step away from Afghanistan

Mayor Pete Buttigieg of South Bend, Indiana, is the only 2020 Democratic presidential candidate who served in Afghanistan. He told CBS News the U.S. must withdraw troops from the country, and he fears what could happen if the Trump administration works with the Taliban. CBS News 2020 campaign reporter Musadiq Bidar spoke to Buttigieg, and joined "Red & Blue" to discuss what he learned about the mayor's approach to foreign policy and Iowa.
