East Coast impacted by ice and snow

Salt trucks struggled to keep up with snow and ice that has impacted large parts of the U.S. this weekend. The storm is heading towards the Northeast, causing a messy commute to start the workweek for much of the I-95 corridor. Jeff Pegues reports.
