Obamacare "hardship exemption": What you need to know

In an attempt by the Obama administration to help the millions of people who had their health insurance canceled due to Obamacare, a new regulation is being implemented called the “hardship exemption.” It allows people whose insurance was canceled to apply for an exemption from the individual mandate to buy insurance.
