In an attempt by the Obama administration to help the millions of people who had their health insurance canceled due to Obamacare, a new regulation is being implemented called the “hardship exemption.” It allows people whose insurance was canceled to apply for an exemption from the individual mandate to buy insurance. Wyatt Andrews reports.
