Relentless rain wreaks havoc on southern England

The rainiest January on record has caused catastrophic flooding in parts of southern England, where streets have been turned into rivers and fields into lakes. Some towns and communities have been cut off by floodwaters for weeks. Charlie D'Agata reports.
